I guess you could say I started in the construction business when I was seven years old and started working at our family plumbing & electrical supplies store after school every day. Sometime during middle school, I also started doing HVAC service and installation part-time with our other family business. After winning recognition in the International Science & Engineering Fair and participating in the Governor’s Honors Program; I attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with a Bachelors of Civil Engineering.
After working as a civil, forensic geotechnical and environmental consultant and engineer for several years, I ventured out into the sales world by starting a telecommunications business. That morphed into an opportunity to work with a developer on a new luxury golf & country club community called Echelon in 2003. In 2005 an opportunity presented itself to join Keller Williams Realty as an agent owner, which I did. Since then, I’ve enjoyed building my own business and helping others start and grow theirs as well. I regularly teach other agents in our offices, especially on Sales Psychology.
Growing up in a small town and in a small business, all I know is how to provide great customer service. We wouldn’t have survived all those years otherwise. I’ll respond to you as quickly as possible, work hard to help you get the best you can, communicate regularly and most of all, treat you like family. Home selling, buying, building and investing can be fun! Let’s have a blast together.
I sell an average of almost $6 million dollars of real estate a year. More importantly, I personally assist several dozen families every year with their real estate needs.
